Method to clean the impeller blades:

1. Descaling. To remove scale from cast iron, mix 8-10% hydrochloric acid with 3% of an inhibitor solution equivalent to the acid amount, heat to 50-60°C, then inject into the water jacket. Soak for 2-3 hours before draining. Subsequently, clean with a potassium dichromate solution or inject 5% lye solution into the water jacket to neutralize the remaining acid. Rinse with clean water several times until completely clean.

2. Use caustic soda solution for descaling. To remove dirt primarily composed of silicate, add a 2-3% caustic soda water solution to the cooling system. Wait for 1-2 days after the locomotive operation, then drain and rinse with clean water. Repeat this process once and clean the cooling system with fresh water.

The auger blades operate normally and are durable. These advantages make them widely used, especially as an essential component. Their functionality is also instrumental in the extensive application of agricultural machinery.
