The magnetic separator is a versatile separation equipment, available in two structural forms: Type I and Type II.

        The I (roller type) magnetic separator is composed of several parts: a reducer, a housing, magnetic roller, and rubber roller, etc. The reducer drives the magnetic roller to rotate. The cooling liquid containing powdered magnetic impurities enters the housing, where the impurities are adsorbed to the outer wall of the magnetic roller. After being crushed by the rubber roller, the liquid carried by the impurities is squeezed out, and then the scraper separates the impurities from the magnetic roller. The II (Comb-Type) magnetic separator is composed of several parts: a reducer, a housing, a magnetic roller, and scraper blades, among others. As an improved version of the traditional magnetic separator, the comb-type magnetic separator boasts many advantages: the magnetic roller, shaped like a comb for the same length, significantly increases the adsorption area; it has a strong magnetic force and high separation rate; it is particularly suitable for the centralized separation and removal of large volumes of coolant; and it can separate granular chips.
