1: The oily wastewater is pumped into the oil-water separator by a sewage pump, after which, through the diffuser nozzle, large oil droplets float to the top of the left oil collection chamber.
2: Wastewater containing small oil droplets enters the lower section of the corrugated plate coalescer, where the droplets coalesce into larger oil droplets, which then flow into the right oil collection chamber.
3: Wastewater containing smaller oil droplets passes through a fine filter to remove impurities from the water, then enters a fiber agglomeration unit, where the tiny oil droplets coalesce into larger ones for separation from the water.
4: After separation, clean water is discharged through the exhaust outlet, while the dirty oil in the left and right oil collection chambers is automatically discharged through the electromagnetic valve. The dirty oil separated in the fiber agglomeration unit is discharged through a manual valve.
