Features of Gas Boilers
1. Large font displays water temperature, making it easy to monitor the boiler and system operation. Water temperature can be set freely from 10°C to 90°C. The boiler automatically heats the system or provides hot water for domestic use and bathing.
2. The control system manages the start and stop of the circulation pump based on the furnace water temperature. When the furnace water reaches the set upper limit temperature, the hot water circulation pump is activated. When it falls below the set lower limit temperature, the hot water circulation pump shuts down.
3. The horizontal gas-fired hot water boiler features a three-pass full-wet back structure, utilizing a large furnace and thick flue design to increase the radiant heat absorption in the furnace, achieving effective energy conservation and cost reduction. The use of threaded flue pipes and corrugated furnace tubes significantly enhances the heat transfer efficiency, greatly reducing fuel consumption.
4. The unit is equipped with overheat protection (the burner automatically stops and beeps an alarm when the water temperature inside the furnace exceeds the high limit), secondary overheat protection (the secondary circuit is automatically cut off when the boiler shell temperature exceeds 105℃), dry burning and water shortage protection (the boiler stops operating and beeps an alarm when the water level is below the extremely low level), and electric leakage protection (the power supply is automatically cut off when the control system detects electrical leakage or short circuit).
5. Boilers are designed with atmospheric pressure structure, operating in a pressure-free state, posing no safety hazards. They are insulated with high-grade centrifugal glass wool in multiple layers and are encased in top-quality white color steel plates, resulting in minimal heat loss and an aesthetically pleasing, rust-resistant exterior.
