Residential areas, commercial centers, parks, and other densely populated regions; 2. Public facilities such as schools, hospitals, cinemas, and sports stadiums; 3. Water sources, waterworks, and protected water source areas; 4. Stations, docks (excluding those approved and specialized in hazardous chemical handling as per national regulations), airports, highways, railways, waterways, subway ventilation shafts, and entrances/exits; 5. Basic farmland protection areas, pastoral areas, fishing waters, and production bases for seeds, breeding animals, and aquatic seedlings; 6. Rivers, lakes, scenic areas, and nature reserves; 7. Military禁区 and military management areas; 8. Other areas protected as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Quickly evacuate personnel from the leak contaminated area to upwind locations (due to the nature of liquefied gas, it is easy to float in the air) and implement safety isolation. Cut off all ignition sources and, while ensuring safety, do everything possible to prevent the spread of the leak source. 2. In case of a large leak, in addition to the basic emergency response measures, an immediate report should be made to the local government, "119," and local environmental protection and public security traffic police departments. The report should include: the unit involved, time and location of the incident, chemical name and amount of leakage, level of danger, any injuries or casualties, and the name and phone number of the person reporting. Opening a liquefied gas storage tank for inspection is a major operation for any liquefied gas station. Given the characteristics of using three tanks for simultaneous inspection and the complete cessation of the normal production and operation of the entire gas station, the pre-inspection preparations are particularly crucial.
