CLHS/CWNS Fuel Gas Hot Water Boiler 1. Computerized Hot Water Boiler Controller, all functions are magically stored on a smart chip. The boiler can be turned on with one button, operates automatically with timed and temperature control. Users can set the boiler's start and stop times, and once set, no one needs to be on duty, saving time and effort.
2. Equipped with a dual-fuel burner, capable of both oil and gas combustion, with high automation, it automatically blows according to the controller's instructions, features electronic automatic ignition, automatic combustion, and automatic proportioning of air/fuel (gas). It boasts stable performance and excellent combustion results. Additionally, it is equipped with an extinguishing protection device to ensure safe operation.
3. The fire tube is fitted with flame-retardant baffles, which slow down the smoke exhaust speed, enhance heat exchange, and result in lower temperature smoke exiting the smoke chamber, reducing heat loss and saving fuel.
4. Large font display of water temperature for easy monitoring of the boiler and system operation. Water temperature can be freely set from 10℃ to 90℃, with the boiler automatically heating the system or providing hot water for domestic and bathing use.
5. The control system regulates the circulation pump's on/off based on the furnace water temperature. For heating with a hot water boiler, the hot water circulation pump starts when the furnace water reaches the set upper temperature limit and stops when it falls below the set lower temperature limit. For bathing with a hot water boiler, the hot water circulation pump stops when the furnace water reaches the set upper temperature limit and starts when it falls below the set lower temperature limit.
6. The horizontal oil-gas fired hot water boiler features a three-pass full-wet back structure. It utilizes a large furnace and large flue design to increase the radiation heat absorption in the furnace, effectively saving energy and reducing consumption. The use of threaded flues and corrugated furnace tubes significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency, greatly reducing fuel consumption.
7. The unit is equipped with overheat protection (the burner automatically stops and beeps an alarm when the water temperature inside the furnace exceeds the high limit), secondary overheat protection (the secondary circuit is automatically cut off when the boiler shell temperature exceeds 105℃), dry burning and low water protection (the boiler stops working and emits a beep alarm when the water level is below the minimum), and electric leakage protection (the power supply is automatically cut off when the control system detects electric leakage or short circuit).
