WNS fuel (gas) steam, hot water condensing boilers, with externally integrated finned tube economizers, separate condensers, compact structure, and easy maintenance, offer significant energy-saving effects. To meet customer requirements, programmable logic controllers (PLCs) can be combined with touchscreens and additional buttons to achieve a dual-path intelligent control system for manual and automatic operation. The WNS series fully automatic fuel (gas) steam boilers (utility model patent) feature a horizontal three-pass wet-back structure, improving the boiler's operating environment and enhancing efficiency and lifespan. All flue gas channels are submerged in water, equipped with a surplus hot water tank and a complete thermal insulation design. The smoke box is sealed with a labyrinth structure, preventing any smoke leakage. The boiler's thermal efficiency exceeds 85%, utilizing a combination of corrugated and conical furnace tubes with excellent expansion properties, ensuring the furnace tube size matches the flame. The flue gas flow area progressively decreases, enabling uniform flow and ensuring sufficient heat exchange time for high-temperature flue gas within the furnace for better heat transfer. A high-performance burner that perfectly matches the boiler is used for comprehensive automatic regulation, ensuring complete combustion, fuel savings, and reduced pollution. Ultra-fine glass wool with high thermal insulation properties is used to minimize heat loss. An intelligent energy-saving control system is employed to control the boiler and steam (water) supply systems, adjusting fuel supply based on different loads for greater energy savings. The installation is a complete quick-install boiler with minimal vibration, no special foundation requirements, and does not require anchor bolts for fixation, making it easy to install. The movable furnace head structure can accommodate various burners, allowing for quick replacement of the furnace head and convenient maintenance of the furnace body. The front and rear smoke boxes are designed with a removable structure, facilitating easy inspection, maintenance, and care of the boiler interior. Product Features:

1. The design, manufacturing, and supervision inspection of boilers are strictly carried out in accordance with the "Regulations for Safety Supervision of Steam Boilers," JB/T 10094-2002 "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers," and JB/T 1619-2002 "Technical Conditions for the Manufacturing of Shell Boilers," ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the boilers.

2. The body features a pot shell-style full-wet back downstream three-pass flue gas tube structure. The flame burns at a slight positive pressure within the large combustion chamber, fully extended, with low combustion heat load and minimal NOx emissions.

3. Wave-shaped furnace tube and threaded chimney structure, which enhances strength while meeting the expansion requirements of each part.

4. All main welds are joined using butt joints and have been inspected for non-destructive testing with X-rays and ultrasonic methods, ensuring the welding quality meets national standards.

5. The boiler has a large water volume and gas space, with strong load adaptation capability. The design of the internal pot devices ensures that the steam moisture content is below 4%, meeting the higher quality requirements of the steam for the users.

7. The water level alarm uses stainless steel as the electrode rod and polytetrafluoroethylene as the insulating material. It is inserted from above, easy to clean, reliable in performance, and has a long service life.

9. Oxygen Content Adjustment (Optional): This system successfully monitors the oxygen content in flue gas and transmits the data in real-time to the control system. System Protection:

Boilers feature multiple safety protections: leakage protection, which automatically cuts off power in case of leakage; overheat protection, which stops the burner and emits an alarm when the boiler water temperature exceeds the alarm temperature; secondary overheat protection, which automatically cuts off the secondary circuit and stops the boiler when the outer shell temperature goes beyond 105℃; dry burning prevention protection, which monitors the water level in real-time using a refined water level electrode rod. If the boiler water level reaches or falls below the critically low level due to other reasons, the boiler will stop operating to prevent dry burning hazards.
