It utilizes a thermal oil circulation pump to force the medium into a liquid-phase circulation, transferring heat to the heat-using equipment and then returning to the boiler for reheating. It features high operating temperatures at low pressure and allows for high-precision control of the medium's operation. 1. Thermal Oil Export Temperature Display: The temperature can be locally displayed and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for meter display. Users can set the temperature value, and it can be interlocked with the exhaust fan to achieve automatic operation adjustment and high-temperature alarm.
2. Imported Thermal Oil Temperature Display: Can be displayed on-site and transmitted remotely to the control cabinet for instrument display.
3. Thermal Oil Export Pressure Display: Local display and remote transmission to the control cabinet for instrument display, with overpressure alarm function.
4. Thermal oil import pressure display: Can be locally displayed and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for instrument display.
5. Expansion Tank Liquid Level Control: Achieve low liquid level alarm for the expansion tank, promptly reminding the boiler operator to inject oil into the system, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the boiler system.

Three-pass fire-tube steam boiler. Utilizes an offset furnace tube wet-back structure, where high-temperature flue gases sequentially flush the second and third pass flue tubes, then排出 through the rear smoke chamber and chimney into the atmosphere. The boiler is equipped with movable front and rear smoke box lids for easy inspection. It is fitted with a technically advanced burner that features automatic proportional combustion adjustment, automatic water regulation, programmed start and stop, and full automatic operation. It also comes with high and low water level alarms, as well as automatic protection functions for extremely low water levels, over-pressure, and extinguishing. 1. The overall structure of this gas-fired steam boiler is reasonable, compact, and belongs to the boiler island type, meeting the requirements for quick assembly and factory shipment. The product is composed of three main parts upon leaving the factory: the boiler main unit, chimney, and pipeline system. Both the main unit and the chimney sections have been fully manufactured on-site. The pipeline valves and instruments supplied with the main unit are already installed. Upon arrival at the site, simply assemble the main unit and chimney. Connecting the gas, power, and water supply lines on-site allows for immediate testing. This significantly reduces the installation period while ensuring product quality.
The boiler design enhances its performance. The main boiler body is an integrated structure, with the burner mounted on the front smoke box cover, and the main body primarily arranged for the heating surface and combustion chamber sections. It boasts a reasonable and compact structure, low steel consumption, a biased corrugated furnace tube, and insulation using a new lightweight thermal insulation material. The outer packaging is made of colored thin plate, with a rectangular shape, making the boiler's performance, weight, structural dimensions, and appearance significantly superior and aesthetically pleasing compared to domestic products of the same capacity. The water supply equipment of this boiler is configured on the boiler base on the right side of the boiler, making it an integral part of the main unit and eliminating the need for an additional foundation.

Diverting Cylinder - The boiler diverting cylinder is a key accessory for boilers, used to distribute steam generated during boiler operation to various pipelines. The diverting cylinder is a pressure-containing equipment, classified as a pressure vessel, and its pressure-bearing capacity and volume should correspond to the matched boiler. The main pressure-bearing components of the diverting cylinder are: the head and shell material, all of which are Q235-A/B, 20g, 16MnR, with specifications ranging from φ159 to φ1000. Operating pressure is 1-2.5MPa, and special specifications can be arranged for design upon customer request.
