The concrete batching plant model is composed of the group code of the batching plant, the number of installed units, the code for the mixer type, the main parameters, and the code for variations or updates.
The group code HZ represents a concrete batching plant, HL a concrete batching tower; the number of installed units is denoted by Arabic numerals, with the single unit number optional. The type codes for mixers are S for twin horizontal shafts, D for single horizontal shafts, T for planetary, W for vortex blades, F for conical tilting discharge, and Z for conical reverse discharge. The main parameter code indicates production rate, unit m³/h; changes or updates are denoted by A, B, C, etc. The HZS series of commercial concrete batching plants utilize the internationally popular modular rapid assembly structure, high-performance imported mixers, dual-machine dual-control computer control, noise and dust pollution prevention, and environmental protection design. They are the new generation of concrete batching equipment, suitable for large-scale infrastructure construction projects such as urban commercial pre-mixed concrete, roads and bridges, water conservancy, airports, ports, and places with high concrete demand.
