Yixing Jingke Optical Instrument Co., Ltd. held its Second Session, Third Plenary Meeting of the Workers' Representatives on December 17, 2011, in the company's conference room. A total of 41 worker representatives were present. The meeting was addressed by Liu Guoqiang, Chairman of the Yixing andqiao Town Federation of Trade Unions, and Wu Zhanping, Director of the Town Human Resources and Labor Security Office, who delivered significant speeches. Fan Lingyun, Vice Chairman of the Town Federation of Trade Unions, also attended the meeting. The company's General Manager, Ou Shiming, presented the economic report for 2011. Wu Shaohua, Vice Chairman of the company's trade union, delivered the trade union report, and Li Jianchao, Chairman of the trade union, presided over the meeting. The meeting reviewed and unanimously approved the collective wage agreement for 2012.

The meeting believes that under the leadership of the company's Party branch and administration in 2011, the company's economic development was steadily advancing, technological innovation achievements were significant, the investment in advanced equipment was intensified, and breakthroughs were made in talent cultivation and recruitment, with the trade union work achieving substantial progress. The meeting fully agrees with the economic work report and the trade union work report.

The meeting calls on all employees to unite closely under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Three Represents important thought, and to deeply implement and carry forward the Scientific Outlook on Development.
