Our automatic drawing machine has undergone a significant upgrade.
The principle of the automatic threading and opening module is to replace the traditional opening of fibers with a needle by using an air nozzle to suck in fibers.
Recently, our factory has upgraded the core module of the automatic threading equipment from the original separate clamp to the current suction nozzle method. The original sorting clamp required frequent changes of the picking needle model according to the thickness of the yarn. The initial upgrade to the yarn/suction nozzle allows for better adaptation to the yarn count range. The industrial vision system has replaced the original tension sensor, accurately distinguishing between single and double yarns. Efficiency has increased, with the speed rising from the previous 160 rpm to 180 rpm. This not only facilitates production efficiency but also switches from mechanical to motor-driven operation, resulting in faster and more stable performance.
