The Q345R delivery may be slightly delayed as the container plates must undergo a normalizing process after being fully produced at the steel mill, followed by annealing. Only after annealing is complete can they be stored in the warehouse. The normalization and annealing process is essential to enhance the impact work and toughness of the material, as omitting it would compromise the inherent properties of the material. This process typically takes between 15-25 days. For straight seam steel pipes, the production cycle is generally around 20-28 days.
