I. Terms of Use

This product is suitable for single equipment matching in metallurgy, heavy industry, and mining machinery.Rare oil lubricationIn the system, the industrial lubricant with a viscosity grade of N22-N460 (equivalent to ISO VG22-460) is cooled using a shell and tube oil cooler.
The nominal oil supply pressure for the thin oil lubrication unit is 0.63 MPa; the filtration accuracy for low viscosity is 0.08 mm; for high viscosity, it is 0.12 mm; the cooling water temperature should be ≤30℃; the cooling water pressure should be <0.4 MPa; when the inlet oil temperature of the cooler is 50℃, the oil temperature drop should be ≥8℃; the steam pressure should be 0.2-0.4 MPa; the pump outlet pressure should be greater than 0.63 MPa.
The XHZ-6.3 to XHZ-125 small oil lubrication units are factory-assembled; the XHZ-160 to XHZ-500 medium-sized oil lubrication units are shipped in separate components; the XHZ-630 to 2000 and XHZ-630A to 2000A (with pressure tank, denoted by "A") large oil lubrication units are supplied as kits of loose parts for on-site welding and assembly.
