Building Structure: Adopts light steel frame structure, with all steel materials meeting national standards. According to the size of the building, national standard square tubes (50-100mm) are used for electric welding. The mobile toilet's square tubes have undergone anti-corrosion and decay prevention treatments after being fully polished, ensuring a service life of over 20 years. This will extend the service life of the toilet, making the entire structure stronger, more solid, and less prone to damage.
Ceiling: Embraces the unique image of the entire molded FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) structure for the roof, strategically incorporating thermal insulation, heat insulation, and soundproofing layers. The interior ceiling is adorned with plastic steel decorated ceiling, elegant, reminiscent of a tea name.
Walls: Wall panels, depending on the model, utilize polyurethane foam core steel composite boards, imported metal embossed panels, and fluorocarbon painted steel plates, featuring sound insulation, heat insulation, fire retardancy, resistance to softening, and a graceful tea name characteristic. Interior wall panels are made of steel plates, with thicknesses of 1mm or more, offering advantages such as fire resistance, corrosion and decay prevention, scratch resistance, and collision resistance.
The ground: The toilet floor is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic materials. The military-grade flat surface features arrayed circular anti-slip nodules. A special silicone waterproof sealant strip is installed at the junction of the floor and walls, providing anti-slip, waterproof, easy-to-clean, and wear-resistant properties. (Alternative materials such as tiles, flooring, or plastic flooring can be used upon customer request.)
Toilet Facilities: Makeup mirrors, coat hooks, toilet paper holders, commodes (toilet bowls), exhaust fans, trash bins, lighting, grab bars, occupancy indicators, door locks, and various signs.
