A Zhejiang-based company has put into use an adjustable cantilever racking system for storing angle, channel, and flat steel bars in their workshop.
The racks are designed with a 4+1-tier structure, each storage position can bear a load of 3.5 tons, and accommodate steel angles and flats around 6 meters in length, etc., heavier steel materials. They are categorized and stored in layers for management. Cranes are配套 for loading or retrieving the steel, with designated storage positions for the steel on-site after loading.
Labels can be placed on storage locations, allowing workers to refer to them for accurate material retrieval and placement, preventing mistakes.
