Workers are installing and adjusting telescopic cantilever racking at a new factory building in Shanghai.
Management Enhancement: It's Not Just the Production Workshop, the Raw Material Warehouse Needs Improvement Too.
The steel previously stored on the ground was not only occupying a large space but also resulted in a chaotic mix of materials, making it difficult to distinguish between them. The materials beneath were unable to be utilized promptly, leading to deformation and wastage. Often, workers had to move all the materials above to retrieve the ones below, which not only took time but also required more space. Consequently, the accumulation of materials grew, and the storage area became increasingly disorganized.
Using telescopic cantilever racking can transform this situation. The multi-layer, telescopic cantilever structure allows for different materials to be stored in designated locations, offering a three-dimensional and intuitive display. Access and retrieval are not limited by time or location, and the racking is easy to operate with safety in mind.
