Air悬浮 fans must undergo proper adjustment before application. This is not only to ensure the normal operation of the equipment but also to enhance the equipment's utilization rate. This is a crucial step, as timely adjustment is necessary to fully unleash the expected performance. Below, we will explain the adjustment methods.
1. When dealing with motor rated power or reduced-voltage starting, always pay attention to the current size. Generally, the current for motor rated power operation is about 5-7 times the rated current. The torque of a reduced-voltage motor is positively correlated with the square of the working voltage. When the power grid capacity is insufficient, reduced-voltage starting should be employed.
2. Addressing the issue of output power, during the wind turbine test run, close the gate valves at the turbine's inlet and outlet or on the pipeline, then gradually open them after operation to achieve the required working condition. Pay attention to whether the operating current of the turbine exceeds the rated current.
3. The third point, also a crucial one, is that during the trial run, there should be more than two people present. One person should control the power supply switch, while the other observes the fan's operational status. This allows for a quick shutdown and inspection in case of any issues, preventing any accidents.
4. During the trial run of an air悬浮 fan, refer to the product manual to check if the wiring method aligns; verify if the working standard voltage of the supply motor is in close accordance with the requirements, whether the power supply is phase missing or has the same phase difference, and whether the volume of the electrical components matches the requirements. This process applies to fans of any type.
5. When the air悬浮 fan is operating at all normal speed ratios, it is essential to accurately measure whether the fan's input current is normal. The operating current of the air悬浮 fan must not be less than or exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds the rated current, check if the supply voltage is normal.
6. During the test run of the air suspension fan, start with the low-speed gear first to check if the left-hand adjustment is roughly set; then start the high-speed gear after the fan is stationary to prevent high-speed reverse adjustment, which could cause circuit breaker tripping and motor damage.
