What's the difference between 2RZ and 2RS bearings? Simply put, 2RS features double-sided rubber seals, while 2RZ has double-sided dust caps. One is contact-based, and the other is non-contact. 2RS has less noise but lower precision, not reaching P5 level. Both bearings have the same basic dimensions. Whether they are interchangeable depends on your application. 2RS has better sealing than 2RZ but slightly higher friction resistance. Use 2RS if a good seal is required, such as no oil leakage.

Some motors become more agile after a period of rotation following startup; for the data of condition monitoring manufacturers, it is intuitive that with the rotation of the motor, the no-load current and no-load losses decrease from large to small and tend to stabilize. Individual customers will control the shutdown time of the motor. From the test data, it can be observed that motors with longer shutdown times have higher efficiency than those with shorter shutdown times.
