Sichuan Container Houses are a convenient mobile temporary housing option. Many issues arise due to improper usage during their use. Here are some points to note:

Do not arbitrarily or attempt to disassemble any screw or component.

No untrained personnel is allowed to alter any structure of the prefabricated buildings.

The indoor floor level must be elevated by 50mm above the outdoor level, and the outdoor drainage ditches should be properly repaired.

Please do not use open flame cooking appliances indoors.

5. The load-bearing value per square meter of the floor shall not exceed the static load and load allowance values specified in the contract.

Please gently push and close doors and windows when in use.

Please do not jump or run on the upper floors.

Do not encourage users to set up a kitchen inside an inhabited container on outdoor sites. If it is necessary to do so within an inhabited container, please install a range hood and ensure the fuel source is at least 50 cm away from the walls.

9. Regular maintenance such as rust removal, painting, and renovation should be conducted for steel components prone to corrosion.

10. We do not recommend installing a restroom inside a residential container. If you must, please ensure proper corrosion and waterproofing measures are in place.
