
The GRG mold has been completed and checked for accuracy before drilling holes in the molding, with the hole diameter typically being 10 millimeters. Place it in the required installation position, mark the location of the drilled holes with a pencil to prevent the wood stoppers, and then secure it with the help of two people. The wire installation uses a dot-style method, but the spacing between the dots should not be too wide. It is crucial to press the molding against the corner with force for over a minute after it is angled against the wall. Use your fingers to spread and fill any visible gaps with the excess quick-setting powder.

The primary materials of GRC components are alkali-resistant glass fiber and low-alkaline sulfate cement, manufactured through special GRC processes such as extrusion, casting, pre-mixing, web laying, and spraying. In contrast, the materials of PU components are vastly different from those of GRC components, as PU components are made of polyurethane foam.
GRC components can be shaped and rendered to meet the needs of customers and architects, offering high malleability and allowing aesthetics to be fully expressed in architecture. PU components are currently primarily used for building facades and still have certain limitations.
In summary, GRC components are more widely used and cost-effective in the current construction market compared to PU components.
