The fundamental difference between GRC waterboard and other materials lies in the fact that GRC waterboard has a certain degree of hardness and is cast in concrete. It is coated with a water-based concrete protective agent on the surface, which makes the board waterproof, environmentally friendly, and fire-resistant. The coating of the water-based concrete protective agent is not like that of other paints, as the protective agent used should be a penetrating type. After applying the water-based concrete protective agent, the GRC waterboard exhibits strong hydrophobic properties and water resistance. Furthermore, once the water-based concrete protective agent is applied to the surface of the GRC waterboard, it forms a protective layer resembling a lotus leaf surface, effectively preventing dirt and water. Buildings constructed with GRC waterboard can maintain their new appearance for years after construction, even after being washed by rain. Not only does it prevent leakage, but it also keeps the surface clean.

What is the production cycle for GRC water-based panels?
GRC Water-Proof Panels, being genuinely produced using the cast-in-place reinforced concrete formwork technique, have a longer customization period. If your building requires water-proof concrete panels, you need to place an order one month in advance. This is because the concrete requires at least 28 days of maintenance to become solid, and it also needs to be coated with water-proof concrete protective agent. Consequently, the entire production cycle is longer, taking about a month for customization.
