The production process for fiberglass sculptures generally follows this course:
Mold Making: Carve according to the provided drawings by Party A, with Party A confirming if any modifications to the sculpture are needed until completion.
2. Preparing White Body: First, apply the gel coat to the mold surface with a brush, then lay the fiber cloth over it once it's semi-dry. Next, brush the resin to allow it to渗透 through, layering until the desired thickness is achieved.
3. Molding and trimming: Removing the raw casting from the mold.
4. Manufacturing fiberglass molds: After sanding and repairing the glass fiber products made from gypsum molds, they are replicated for mass production.
5. Paint Coating: Initially, the product is sanded with 180-grit sandpaper to remove the demolding wax from the surface. Then, the product's surface pores and abraded parting lines are filled with body filler.
