The importance of sand-making machines in the sand-making production line is self-evident. During the operation of the sand-making production line, issues with the sand-making machines arise. We need to remain calm, summon technical personnel to observe and repair them. Below are some common problems and their solutions:
1. Sand-making machine overloads: Check the load. Control within a reasonable range under suitable load conditions.
Improper Lubrication: Use oil with the appropriate viscosity to enhance lubrication. Choose the correct lubricant.
3. Improper bearing clearance. Inadequate bearing housing precision and uneven rigidity: Inspect the precision of the shaft and bearing housing. Check the clearance.
4. Inspect the shaft of the sand making machine for rust, wear, and indentation on the bearing shaft and housing for accuracy. The ball bearing of the sanding machine has the inner ring rotating under load, while the outer ring or track surface experiences rolling fatigue and peeling. Therefore, the damage caused by the bearing can result in slight burns on the sliding surface, leading to surface damage.
No matter how good this machine is, it still requires our maintenance. We need proper maintenance to enhance its performance and lifespan.
