March 20, Qingdao - China Science and Technology Network, Science Daily (Reporter Wang Jian-gao, Correspondent Xin Yong-hua) On March 20, the reporter learned from Shandong University of Science and Technology that the "Key Technology Research on Construction of Urban Prefabricated Assembly Power Corridors in Coastal Wetlands," jointly undertaken and completed by Shandong University of Science and Technology and the 14th Engineering Company of China Railway Fourth Bureau Group, has recently passed the technical appraisal. The appraisal group of the Chinese Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, led by Academician Qian Qihu, unanimously believed that the research achievements have reached an internationally advanced level, marking a new breakthrough in the key technologies of prefabricated assembly power integrated corridor construction in our country. It has reached international standards in the production technology of prefabricated power corridor components and assembly positioning technology.
Shandong University of Science and Technology, in collaboration with the 14th Engineering Company of China Railway Fourth Bureau Group, has conducted in-depth research with Professor Wang Qingbiao of Shandong University of Science and Technology leading the research team. Supported by funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Shandong Province Key Research and Development Program, the team has achieved significant innovations and breakthroughs. The team has developed prefabricated assembly pipeline component templates, established vertical production processes for prefabricated components, and resolved the honeycomb surface issue of traditional prefabricated box culvert bases. They have also established casting technology for prefabricated assembly power pipeline components, designed an exhaust-type vibration rod device to address the issue of gases in prefabricated pipeline components, enhancing the compactness and flatness of concrete. The team has developed steam curing technology for prefabricated assembly power pipeline components, designed steam curing pipelines and protective covers for the components, and resolved the issue of long curing cycles and low production efficiency. They have established a prefabricated assembly power pipeline assembly construction technology system, designed a new installation positioning device for prefabricated assembly power pipeline components, and established prestressed connection technology to solve technical challenges in connecting pipeline sections. They have also established waterproofing technology for prefabricated assembly power pipeline joints, adopted tongue-and-groove connection forms, and designed waterproof structures for prefabricated pipeline joints to resolve seepage issues in the prefabricated pipeline structure. Furthermore, they have established waterproofing technology for prefabricated assembly power pipeline materials, designed composite waterproofing strips for joints in prefabricated pipeline components, and resolved seepage problems.
