Collapse: The main cause of the collapse during construction was the insufficient strength of the坯体, which could not withstand the shaking and vibrations during the hoisting process after cutting.
2. Crispness: The crispness of the cut body is generally discovered after the steam curing and maintenance process is completed. However, the reason lies in the management of the body after cutting. During the waiting period for the body to be placed into the pot after cutting, a significant amount of moisture is lost, preventing the water-heat synthesis reaction from occurring properly. Therefore, it is essential to place the body into the pot as soon as the cutting is finished.
Cracks: During the aerated brick equipment production process, there were no cracks on the green body during cutting. However, cracks gradually appeared after cutting. Generally, this is not caused by the cutting process, but rather by the excessive temperature of the green body.
Factors Affecting the Insulation Coefficient of Aerated Bricks:
The curing time and temperature of the green body are directly related to the insulation coefficient of the finished product.
2. The ratio of raw materials, such as the amount of aluminum powder, should pass inspection before mass production.
3. The steam autoclave's pressure setting should be adjusted accordingly with the change of seasons.
Employees must undergo rigorous technical training and pass the examination before they can be employed.
5. The operation of the aerated brick equipment and its auxiliary equipment should be strictly followed by the manual, and maintenance work should be carried out thoroughly.
