Maintenance-free
Utilizing unique gas recombination technology (GAS RECOMBINATION). No need for regular liquid maintenance, alleviating users' concerns about ongoing operations.
High safety and reliability
Utilizing a safety valve (VRLA) that can automatically open and close, it prevents gas from being吸入 into the battery, affecting its performance, and also safeguards against internal pressure damage to the battery due to gases produced during charging. Additionally, there is no electrolyte or acid mist discharge under normal float charging. Moreover, the battery tray, using our proprietary patented technology, is paired with the battery for enhanced safety in battery bank usage.
Long service life
At 20°C, the floating charge life of FM series small sealed batteries can reach 3 to 5 years, the fixed type FM sealed batteries can last for 8 to 10 years, the FML series batteries can reach 10 years, the FMH series batteries can also last for 10 years, the GFM series and solar deep cycle series batteries can last for up to 15 years, and the GFMJ series batteries can last for 18 years.
Low self-discharge rate
Utilizing lead calcium alloy, the self-discharge rate of the battery is reduced. Under 20°C ambient temperature, Cosda batteries can be used normally without recharging for up to 6 months.
High conductivity
Utilizing silver-plated copper core terminals and special design, ensuring electrical performance.
Strong directional characteristics
Special diaphragm (AGM) firmly absorbs electrolyte, preventing it from flowing. The battery will not leak whether it is placed vertically or horizontally, ensuring normal operation.
High environmental adaptability; non-polluting
Operable within a temperature range of -20℃ to +50℃, suitable for desert and alpine climates. Compatible with special power supplies for explosion-proof areas.
Battery room does not require acid-resistant and corrosion-proof measures and can be housed in the same room as electronic equipment.
