Eaton brand lead-acid batteries are now officially available in the Chinese market!

Over the past decade, Eaton brand batteries have become an indispensable part of Eaton's comprehensive solutions across the United States, Europe, and Australia, earning high praise from customers. As the Chinese market grows rapidly and matures, clients are increasingly focused on the overall matching and cost optimization of UPS and batteries, as well as the discharge performance within a short period (5-30 minutes). They are also paying more attention to comprehensive solutions and one-stop services. These "Chinese trends" align with Eaton's accumulated battery expertise. Therefore, Eaton has decided to officially launch Eaton batteries in the Chinese region to better serve our customers and support our agents.

Eaton Battery Product Introduction:

Batteries are an integral part of Eaton's power solutions, always receiving close attention from Eaton. Since the introduction of high-end UPS battery products in the U.S. by Eaton in 2005, nearly a decade has passed. The product range includes high-power battery specifications with various capacities, now widely used in various data centers and high-end customer-matching products. The performance, reliability, and safety of the products have been long-standingly verified and widely recognized.

Eaton's lead-acid batteries are designed with a stronger focus on compatibility with UPS systems and cost optimization. The high power density design of Eaton's batteries offers greater discharge capacity and extended backup time than many brands in the same volume, saving costs and space for customers. The reliable design with multiple safeguards is more suited to UPS applications. While ensuring the battery life, it enhances high-current discharge capability, reduces the risk of thermal runaway, and ensures system operation.

Extensive low-maintenance design

Eaton batteries feature an optimized oxygen circulation path design and a reasonable pressure setting for the safety valve, allowing oxygen generated during charging to be promptly and effectively recombined. This overcomes the problem of water loss in valve-regulated batteries, better ensuring the battery's service life.

High power density

Utilizing computer-assisted high-power plate structure design, supplemented by appropriate separators, the battery's high-power discharge performance in short backup power applications is improved by over 30% compared to conventional batteries.

High current discharge capability

Optimized battery plate structure and connection design, effectively reducing the battery's physical internal resistance and enhancing its capability for sustained discharge under high currents.

V0 flame-retardant material

All battery series are equipped with ABS shell covers meeting UL-V0 standards, which minimizes the impact on customers in the event of severe risks.

Longevity design

Optimized the alloy material ratio of battery electrodes, adjusted the curing process and electrolyte parameters, effectively enhancing the theoretical lifespan of the battery, with a design lifespan of up to 12 years.

Low self-discharge rate

Utilizing high purity lead, calcium, and tin alloys, with stringent control over the production process, contamination is minimized, reducing the likelihood of side reactions. The monthly self-discharge rate does not exceed 2%.

Strong charging acceptance

Optimized plate structure design, combined with moderately increased specific surface area of active material, the battery supports 0.4CA high current charging and can achieve 90% recharge within 3 hours.

Easy to install

All mid-range battery series feature embedded terminal design for easier installation and higher system reliability.

Environmentally friendly

High-power batteries utilize pure lead woven technology, significantly enhancing high-rate performance while conserving materials, reducing production energy consumption, and being more environmentally friendly compared to traditional techniques.

Eaton, the power management company announced recently, is now officially selling Eaton-branded lead-acid batteries in the Chinese market.

Eaton batteries ensure the reliability of UPS systems through dual guarantees of technology and service.

Firstly, Eaton batteries have been tested by a professional engineering team to ensure excellent performance and parameters: Eaton batteries with high power density offer greater capacity than other brands, meaning they provide longer backup time in the same volume, saving customers more costs; Eaton batteries can still maintain sufficient backup time after multiple charging cycles.

Secondly, technical support is provided by trained and qualified battery customer service engineers: a comprehensive three-year after-sales warranty service includes full replacement of faulty batteries; Eaton's service points in each region are stocked with batteries and offer rapid response to customers; all Eaton service staff have received safety training, and on-site technicians are equipped with professional safety gear, including various high-voltage arc protection and OSHA-certified personal protective equipment. Additionally, the Eaton service team also offers battery preventive maintenance, service plans, remote monitoring for each battery, and other complementary service support.

The initial batch of lead-acid batteries released includes 11 models ranging from ETNHF12-190W-X to ETNHF12-850WP-X, which are fully compatible with existing Eaton UPS systems and match the unique battery management features of Eaton UPS, providing users with a reliable and continuous power supply.
