Below, we introduce the specific steps for assembling concrete pipe molds:

1. The assembled pipe mold dimensions should be less than the allowable deviation requirements for each part of the specified pipe, with no obvious gaps at the two ends and seams, and the fasteners connecting the various parts should be secure and reliable.

2. The base of the vertical vibration and core mold vibration forming tube mold should be flat. There should be sealing measures between the inner and outer molds and the base, as well as the seams. The inner and outer molds should be perpendicular to the base and accurately positioned.

3. Ensure the inner wall of the pipe mold is thoroughly cleaned and remove any remaining cement sludge. The inner wall of the pipe mold, as well as the stopper and bottom plate, should be coated with an isolation agent.

4. The release agents can be selected from oils, emulsified oils, and soap-based resins, etc. The basic requirements are that they should not adhere or contaminate the tube walls, have good film-forming properties, be easy to apply, and exhibit strong adhesion to steel molds.

5. Paraffin Demolding: The wax layer inside the tube mold should be formed by centrifugal force, ensuring a uniform thickness and a smooth surface. The internal diameter of the wax layer meets the size requirements of the tube's outer diameter. Select paraffin with different melting points based on regional and seasonal temperature variations; generally, pure paraffin with a melting point above 54℃ is used. The temperature of the wax liquid should not be lower than this. In summer, high temperatures require cooling the wax layer to maintain sufficient hardness. In winter, preheat the tube mold to prevent the wax layer from cracking due to low temperatures.

6. Prior to inserting the steel frame into the pipe mold, ensure the correct specification and size, as well as uniform and accurate spacing of the protective layer. The steel frame within the assembled pipe mold should generally not be loose. When using wax for demolding, protective measures against wax scratching should be in place when inserting the steel frame into the pipe mold.
