Product Introduction

Vacuum Carbon Tube Furnaces are high-temperature, high-vacuum resistance furnaces utilizing graphite heating elements. The maximum operating temperature reaches up to 2000°C-2400°C. This series is widely used for sintering inorganic materials (such as ceramic seals, silicon carbide, yttria, zinc oxide, alumina, etc.) and metals (like hard alloys) under vacuum or protective atmosphere. It is also suitable for the purification of rare earth elements and their oxides, as well as sapphire return processing. It is also applicable for mass production in colleges and universities, and scientific research institutions. Imported digital programmable controllers complete the automatic control of the heating/cooling process. The control panel features a graphic simulation screen with a user-friendly design, intuitive and simple operation. The control circuit is equipped with water-cut, over-temperature, overcurrent, and other audio-visual alarm functions, as well as automatic protection.
