Overview:

The Yili Series Super Water-Saving Units are made by adding a new "finned graphite-modified polypropylene heat exchanger" to the SPBZ-W Series Water Jet Vacuum Units. Due to the large heat exchange area of the internal heat exchanger (up to 200m² in a 1m³ box), they can achieve water and electricity savings, temperature reduction, and increased vacuum level.
The "free of charge" mentioned in the promotion refers to the water jet vacuum unit compared to the "unfitted finned heat exchanger" type. Using the Super Water-Saving Water Jet Vacuum Unit for a year can save enough sewage treatment fees to cover the cost of one unit (equivalent to saving the cost of the unit itself), potentially saving over 10,000 yuan in sewage treatment fees annually. It can also be used with "city water" as cooling water when the temperature difference is over 25 degrees, achieving good results. Water-saving does not mean not changing the water; it means changing it less frequently. Increasing the heat exchanger area can allow for not changing the water, but we generally do not recommend clients to increase the area too much for two reasons: 1) it will increase the cost of the user's equipment; 2) as the water concentration inside the tank becomes higher, it is not conducive to the service life of the equipment (some media have different corrosion situations at different concentrations), and it is not beneficial for the absorption of exhaust gases (the water jet vacuum unit also acts as a primary exhaust gas absorption unit).

(Original coiled tube heat exchangers, which can only install up to 3-5m² in a single cabinet, do not achieve true cooling effects.)
