Using a full-plastic horizontal water jet vacuum unit as the primary pump allows for the extraction of corrosive gases. The ultimate vacuum of the first-stage Roots pump can reach 150 Pa, while the ultimate vacuum of the second-stage Roots pump can reach 25 Pa.
