If paired with a full-plastic horizontal water-jet vacuum unit as the primary pump, the overall anti-corrosion performance of the unit will be further enhanced, allowing for safe extraction of various corrosive gases. In terms of vacuum performance, the unit excels, with the ultimate vacuum of the first-stage Roots pump reaching 150Pa, and the second-stage Roots pump's ultimate vacuum even lower at 25Pa, meeting the vacuum requirements of most industrial applications.
