The WQX series of microexhaust gas absorption devices is a new generation of exhaust gas absorption equipment independently developed by our company. Utilizing a reverse absorption process, it recovers soluble gases, turning waste into treasure, and also purifies the gases to meet emission standards. Since its launch on the market, it has been well-received by a wide range of users.

With the development of China's chemical industry and the continuous increase in national environmental protection requirements, small chemical enterprises and some food and electronics industries have also been included in the environmental protection requirements. These enterprises are characterized by moderate exhaust volume and low concentration, but it's not feasible to neglect treatment. A standard exhaust gas absorption system can cost from tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars, requiring a large investment and area, as well as on-site installation and debugging, which is quite inconvenient.

Based on the aforementioned situation, our company has recently launched a complete set of micro-exhaust gas absorption units. This unit integrates a film-type absorber, packed absorption tower, water jet vacuum unit, acid tank, and circulating pump (different models available), all into a single integrated structure. The cooler is installed inside the acid tank, ensuring a compact design. It is pre-installed and debugged before shipment, allowing users to simply connect water and electricity (or perform a quick assembly) upon receiving the product to start operation. It has been used by hundreds of chemical companies and has received widespread positive feedback.
