详情描述
Overview:
Waste Gas Absorption Tower (Waste Gas Central Processor) is a highly efficient waste gas absorption equipment with minimal pressure loss. This product retains the advantages of polypropylene equipment, such as corrosion resistance, light weight, and non-scaling, while also enhancing the mass transfer efficiency of the product.
Waste Gas Purification Towers (Waste Gas Central Processors) are new devices designed to purify high-concentration NOx waste gases and high-concentration waste gases commonly known as "Yellow Dragon" gases. **They are suitable for the absorption and purification of exhaust gases during the production processes in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and oil, effectively addressing the environmental challenges of waste gas absorption.**
This equipment can be used in series with a film evaporator or used independently.

Other:
In early 2017, we jointly developed with a company in Qingdao a domestic, and indeed, infinite-length polypropylene spiral-wound storage tank body production line. The diameter ranges from 800 to 3500mm. Other domestic manufacturers typically produce spiral-wound tanks with a length of 6 meters, whereas ours are unlimited in length. Imagine if you needed a 7-meter flue gas absorption tower, previously thought to be a high-priced seamless, whole-wound option, only to find you'd need to add another segment. How would you feel? Now, worry no more; just choose us. Whether it's 7 meters, 10 meters, or 15 meters, we offer truly seamless, whole-wound solutions. As of now, it seems, possibly, maybe, only we can deliver this domestically.
Especially for the exhaust gas absorption towers, there are many exceeding 6 meters. Originally, workers had to assemble them, where a little skill could lead to a crooked tower, while lack of skill might result in an outright Eiffel Tower. Not anymore.
Our products not only possess all the advantages of market-standard wrapping equipment but also incorporate anti-ultraviolet agents from the German BASF formula.
We provide technical services to numerous domestic chemical engineering design units. Whether you ultimately choose to collaborate with us or not, we welcome your call for inquiries, and we will be "all-inclusive" in our communication. Our company's Deputy Technical Director is a senior environmental engineer and a national top-tier project manager (senior) in environmental engineering (waste gas) management. Key technologies of flue gas absorption towers are addressed in the subsequent design.
