Overview:
The Yili series of graphite-modified polypropylene shell-and-tube heat exchangers are corrosion-resistant heat exchange units made of a fully plastic structure, consisting of integral reinforced polypropylene pipes, pure polypropylene plates, or modified polypropylene plates, and graphite-modified polypropylene heat exchange tubes, all processed into a single unit. This product features a fixed tube plate shell structure. The heat exchange tubes in the Yili brand SPGH series heat exchangers are specially designed thin-walled graphite-modified polypropylene tubes, with a graphite content of up to 50% (by weight). This product maintains the advantages of polypropylene equipment such as corrosion resistance, lightweight, and non-scaling, while also improving the heat transfer performance of the equipment. The overall heat transfer coefficient of the equipment reaches 250~400 KCal/m h°C.

Permitted Medium: Please refer to the data on the corrosion properties of polypropylene. If data is unavailable or other special requirements apply, the test may be conducted according to GB11547-89.
