The refining production process is of a continuous nature. When a refining equipment failure affects normal production operations, maintenance work must be carried out during the production process, organizing efforts for emergency repairs. Even if it requires extra procedures and more labor hours, the priority is to eliminate the refining equipment fault as quickly as possible to reduce potential hazards and restore production to normalcy. Therefore, a repair labor quota is necessary.

To enhance the production capacity of the refining equipment and reform outdated process flows, while the production facilities are undergoing shutdown maintenance, concurrent technical measures and major repair projects are being implemented. This includes replacing the stripping tower and cooling tank during the shutdown period, as well as installing new pumps and heat exchangers. Consequently, in addition to maintenance quotas, there are also quotas for the manufacturing of stripping towers and cooling tanks, pressure testing and installation of heat exchangers, and disassembly, inspection, and installation of new pumps.
