Next, explosion-proof room: The electrical wires connected within the explosion-proof room must pass through transition nuts. The washers at the transition nut location are crucial. Open the washers according to the diameter and quantity of the wires. The wire diameter should match the hole size. Then, press the washers into the transition nuts, ensuring they are flat. During the casting process, pay special attention to any leaks in the washers. Check the edges to prevent damage, ensuring components and packaging are even and free of bubbles.
Additionally, in general, the components used in explosion-proof refrigerators must be housed within an explosion-proof room to prevent leaks from coming into contact with hazardous substances in the field, thereby achieving the purpose of national safety technology production. Production Note: Firstly, place the guide plate inside the explosion-proof room, ensuring the direction is correct. The circuit breaker should be adhered to the track, followed by aligning the mechanical equipment with the holes on the cover plate. Pay attention to the small details on the explosion-proof shaft: there is a black small buckle on the shaft that needs to be clamped, fixed, and tightened. The fixed position is flexible in operation, and the disassembly position is clear. After the handle is locked, adjustments to the handle's position must be made from the beginning.
