Upon completion of fermentation, the tank is emptied through a spiral conveyor outlet for further processing. The fermentation tank is equipped with an exhaust gas treatment system, which can deodorize and remove odors from harmful gases produced during the fermentation process. Therefore, the equipment is extremely environmentally friendly.
Compared to traditional fermentation equipment, the fermenter equipment utilizes tank-style fermentation, significantly reducing land usage. By employing electrical heating units and intelligent electrical control, it ensures constant temperature fermentation, overcoming the seasonal limitations of traditional equipment. With smart electrical control, the fermentation cycle is shortened from the traditional 15 days to approximately 7 days, greatly enhancing fermentation efficiency.
