This series of separators is a continuous automatic iron removal and purification unit for non-magnetic dry powder materials. It features a scientifically and ingeniously designed magnetic circuit, consisting of permanent magnet sources with varying performance. It boasts strong magnetic force, high suction power, clean iron removal, and high purification efficiency. It is characterized by low maintenance rate, low energy consumption, safe operation, and easy operation. It can manually or automatically adjust the feeding speed with three adjustable speeds and magnetic induction intensity ranging from 100 to 1000 Tesla, catering to the diverse needs of selected materials. It is widely used in industries such as abrasive materials, refractory materials, coal, grain, rubber, feed, and chemicals for iron removal and purification.
This magnetic separator range is comprehensive, offering from single drum to four drum models with varying magnetic fields. Each user can specify their requirements for a customized solution, ensuring your satisfaction with the purchase and confidence in its use.
Dry Selection Magnetic Separator
The GXC-B type self-unloading iron separator utilizes an excellent permanent magnet (neodymium-iron boron, commonly known as strong magnet) with high coercivity and high remanence, combined with a special magnetic system arrangement. This design causes the iron materials buried beneath the material to roll to the surface, achieving iron removal. It features maintenance-free operation, strong magnetic force, long lifespan, simple installation, ease of use, and reliable performance. It is primarily used to remove ferromagnetic impurities from non-magnetic materials, protecting finer equipment in downstream operations (such as Raymond mills, crushers, roller press mills, packaging machines, etc.). It is widely applied in industries like cement, brick, coal, power plant coal mines, coking plants, board factories, glass ceramics, and flour, among others. In the emerging waste treatment industry, iron separators are also needed to recover steel from mixed waste.
Maintenance and Care for Iron Ore Dry Magnetic Separation Machine
Regularly wipe down machinery and clean off residual minerals and dust from conveyer belts to maintain a good operating environment for the equipment.
2. Regular inspections are required. Hammering or striking the magnetic system with heavy objects is prohibited to prevent the detachment, falling off, or demagnetization of magnetic blocks.
Regularly inspect the operation of all components, check each bolt and nut for looseness at the end of each shift.
Regularly inspect the circuit and ensure that the connections are secure to prevent phase loss and potential equipment accidents.
5. Upon the initial use of the reducer, it should be filled with oil to the level line. During normal production, the oil level of the reducer should be checked regularly. If the oil level reaches the required level line, it is necessary to promptly replenish with No. 20 or No. 30 mechanical oil.
6. Low-melting-point calcium-based grease is added to each oil hole of the machine once per shift.
7. Annually, perform maintenance by replacing worn-out parts, cleaning and oiling the rolling bearings, and changing the lubricant and the reducer oil.
8. The edge along the top of the main unit is damaged; it must be replaced promptly.
