Safety Operating Procedures for Cement Pipe Manufacturing Machines
During production, when managers enter the production area, they must wear safety protective equipment as required by the "Safety Regulations" and dress neatly.
2. Prior to starting work, ensure there are no issues with the cement pipe-making machine. Only then may you proceed with the equipment's operational sequence, start the machine, and conduct a two-minute trial run. In case of any anomalies, report them to the team leader immediately for prompt handling.
When equipment malfunctions, the power should be immediately turned off, the fuse removed, and a "Personnel Working, Do Not Close" warning sign hung on the electrical switch box. At the same time, report to the team leader and notify the maintenance staff to carry out emergency repairs.
During the operation of the cement pipe-making machine, no maintenance or lubricant (grease) refueling is allowed. In case of any operational anomalies, the machine should be immediately shut down for inspection, and it is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment while it is sick.
5. During the operation of the cement pipe-making machine, do not stop arbitrarily. In case of a stoppage incident, immediately open the discharge door and attempt to unload the material to prevent concrete from setting. It is strictly prohibited to strike the hopper or mixing drum with blunt instruments.
6. During operation, do not allow sand, gravel, or other debris to fall into the rotating parts of the mixer to prevent jamming and damage to components. Material adhered to the bottom of the hopper should be cleaned promptly to avoid affecting the hopper door's operation.
7. Strictly prohibit managers and production staff from drinking, shirking duties, switching positions, sleeping on the job, or engaging in playful chasing and roughhousing during working hours. Non-production personnel are not allowed to be brought to the production site during work.
8. Each time, the mixer drum should be emptied completely before the next batch can be added, and the discharge door must be closed. Additionally, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to stand or remain in the hopper operating area during lifting or lowering of the hopper.
9. Absolutely no clutter is allowed inside the power control box, and the electrical control box should be kept clean, intact, secure, and safe.
After each shift, power should be disconnected promptly and cleaning should be conducted immediately to remove concrete residue from the concrete pipe making machine, ensuring the practice of "clean work area after work."
