Here are some important safety precautions to keep in mind when operating a cement pipe making machine:

1. Upon powering on the machine, the power indicator light illuminates.

During the operation of the suspended roller machine, it is strictly prohibited to stand on either side of the suspended roller shaft to avoid being injured by stones ejected.

When accelerating with a speed controller, do so smoothly and gradually; do not directly push the button to the desired speed.

4. Manual feeding: Ensure to add material evenly when nearly full, to avoid tube mold oscillation caused by uneven feeding.

5. When removing the tube mold from the suspended roller shaft, be sure to first lift the tube mold, lower the fastening bolts of the rear bearing seat, then open the movable door frame, and finally lift the tube mold away. The roller shaft must not be subjected to force in a cantilevered state.

During the demolding process, protective measures and proper demolding and lifting techniques should be employed to prevent damage to the tube structure and appearance.

During operation, the machine must not be inspected.

A machine can only produce pipes within the specified range and cannot operate beyond its load capacity to avoid damaging the transmission mechanism.

The water content in concrete is a critical factor in the mixing process; adding too much or too little can lead to the failure of pipe production.
