The Cause of the Blockage:

The separation and screening of materials by the equipment is primarily completed through a linear vibration screen. Breakage, aging, or clogged screen mesh can all lead to easy blockages in the equipment. Therefore, during use, we must regularly inspect and maintain the screen mesh and plate to ensure the equipment's efficiency.

2. The volume and speed of incoming materials are not only significant factors affecting work efficiency but also one of the main causes of blockages. This is because, if we overfeed the equipment, it can easily lead to the equipment's processing capacity not keeping up with the incoming material speed, thereby causing a blockage.

3. Additionally, when there is a mismatch between the fine sand recovery machine and the material conveying equipment, it leads to a weakened vortex intensity, consequently causing blockages after the wind subsides. Furthermore, material blockages are also prone to occur when the equipment's discharge pipeline is clogged.

4.
