A pressure filter is a common solid-liquid separation equipment that must be operated strictly according to the operational regulations. Any misoperation of the pressure filter can easily lead to various malfunctions, severely affecting the performance and filtration efficiency of the equipment. Therefore, regular maintenance and care for the plate-and-frame pressure filter are crucial.
Section 1: Maintenance and Care for Pressure Filters
Ensure that all connections are secure and components are functioning properly; report any anomalies to the maintenance team immediately for inspection.
(2) If not used for an extended period, first clean and dry the filter cloth and filter plate.
(3) Disconnect power before dismantling the module.
(4) Inspect bearing and piston rod components, ensuring each part remains clean and well-lubricated to maintain the flexibility of moving parts.
(5) Conduct insulation and reliability tests on the electrical control system. In the event of any anomalies, repair or replace electrical components promptly.
Prior to tightening, conduct a thorough inspection of the filter cloth to ensure it is free of folds and tears, maintaining its flatness and integrity to guarantee effective filtration.
Hydraulic Station Maintenance and Care:
Each time refueling is required, the filter must be used.
(2) Equipment that has been shut down for 1 hour must first run the pump at no load for several minutes before starting the actuator.
Regularly inspect pipe joints and screws, as well as other vulnerable parts.
(4) If hydraulic oil has emulsified in the fuel tank, it should be replaced promptly.
During major hydraulic equipment overhauls, it is generally not permitted to disassemble pumps, valves, and other key hydraulic components. A confirmation must be obtained before any replacements can be made.
