Micro-sprinkler systems are a commonly used irrigation method in modern agricultural planting, offering convenient management and adjustable flow rates. What are their uses, and what benefits do they offer compared to conventional irrigation equipment?

In essence, it's a multi-hole hose used for watering farmers' crops, offering water-saving and environmentally friendly irrigation. The evenly distributed watering ensures precision, with the porous hose employing laser perforation technology. The spray effect mimics a gentle drizzle, being fine and uniform without harming the crops. It's suitable for a variety of vegetables, fruits, and flowers.

A commonly used porous spray belt is a black thin-walled plastic hose with a diameter of 40mm, which can be folded into a flat tube. The wall thickness of the thin-walled spray belt is typically 0.2mm, 0.3mm, or 0.4mm, featuring 5 rows of longitudinal holes, with one row on top and two rows on each side, with longitudinal hole spacing of 100-300mm and transverse hole spacing of 10mm. The hole diameter is 1mm, and the laying length can reach 100m. The porous spray belt operates at a low working pressure, usually between 3-18m, which results in minimal impact on crops during watering, avoiding damage. Simultaneously, the water is sprayed along the pipeline in a fine drizzle, ensuring uniform distribution of irrigation water and thereby enhancing field moisture.

Micro-spray belt advantages:

It operates with low water pressure, covers a large sprinkling area, and can reduce the cost of associated equipment.

2. Simple and Convenient Installation: With a long length and light weight, paired with specialized straight-through and bypass pipe fittings, installation and disassembly are simple and easy, which can save a significant amount of labor.

4. Concurrent Fertilization: While using the sprinkler system, the included liquid fertilizer applicator can be utilized for simultaneous fertilization.

5. Micro-sprinkler systems offer low investment costs and effective irrigation, making their use an inevitable trend in the development of modern agriculture.

Many are using it, but only by properly maintaining the micro-spraying belt can we reduce its malfunctions and maintain its performance.
