The usage rate of oil presses in the market is quite high. The longer we treasure the lifespan of an oil press, the longer its lifespan will be. So, how can we extend the lifespan of an oil press?
Regularly inspect the motor and heating coil power interfaces, distribution boards, and other components of the oil press, and pay attention to electrical safety.
When the extrusion or oil output is abnormal, the extrusion screw shaft should be removed to inspect the wear conditions of the extrusion screw, extrusion strips, and the cake outlet. Worn parts should be replaced promptly.
3. After every 50 hours of operation, the oil press should be inspected for lubrication. There must be no oil shortage in the reducer and vacuum pump, and the vacuum pump must not be seized. The bearing inside the adjusting screw of the extruder shaft should be lubricated with grease through the adjusting screw hole every shift, and dry grinding is strictly prohibited.
