Regularly inspect the oil press motor and heating coil power interface, distribution board, and other components to ensure secure wiring connections and pay attention to electrical safety.
When the squeezing volume is reduced and there is abnormal extrusion of cakes or oil, the squeezing screw shaft should be removed to inspect the wear conditions of the squeezing screw, squeezing strips, and cake outlet. Worn parts should be replaced promptly.
3. Equipment should be inspected for lubrication after every 50 hours of operation. There must be no oil shortage in the reducer and vacuum pump to prevent the pump from seizing. The bearing in the adjusting screw of the extruder screw shaft should be lubricated with grease through the adjusting screw hole once per shift, and dry grinding is strictly prohibited.
4. All lubrication points of the equipment should be protected against dust and other impurities. The oil quality in the reducer should be inspected once a year. If degradation is detected, replace all the oil.
5. After the production season ends and for long-term storage, a maintenance should be conducted. The extruder screw, extruder strip, and cake ring should be disassembled, cleaned, and re-oiled, then placed in a dry location.
