Preventative measures first, with early inspections.
Our modular greenhouse structures are primarily available in two types: film-covered and glass/sunboard-covered. The film-covered type is secured using slots and clips, while the glass or sunboard-covered version is fixed with aluminum alloy profiles. Therefore, we need to pay close attention to any loose slots or aluminum alloy profiles, as well as inspect for any broken tension bands. If any damage is found, it should be replaced promptly.
Be mindful of weather conditions and promptly turn off the greenhouse.
Our greenhouse management team must promptly monitor weather conditions. In the event of windy weather, we need to close our ventilation flaps in advance to prevent strong winds from entering the greenhouse and causing damage to our covering materials or internal systems, and potentially freezing our seedlings. In case of wind damage, we can add diagonal cables and ground anchors to reinforce the connection between the greenhouse frame and the ground for increased stability.
