Floor Patching MortarThe function is to ensure a tighter bond between cement mortar and the ground. The ground repair mortar is mixed at a ratio of 1:0.5 and applied to the ground with a broom or similar tool to form a bonding layer. The cement mortar should be laid after the application of the cement mortar. The ratio of cement mortar to mortar is 1:2. The cement mortar should be well-mixed. After the cement mortar is fully spread, a long wooden stick is used to compact and level it, ensuring a tight bond with the base. The surface should be treated with a matte finish and pressed in two stages. Initially, there is a slight retraction of the ground repair mortar's curing, causing footprints when walked on, but no sinking occurs. Once the cement surface dries, it is smoothed with an iron trowel. From the corners to the large surface, apply pressure and polish vigorously. Before the ground repair mortar cures, use an iron trowel to flatten, compact, and polish any remaining trowel marks. Regularly check the flatness with a straight edge. After 24 hours of curing, the surface layer should be covered with sawdust or other materials and watered to maintain moisture. The curing period must not be less than 7 days. People can only drive on it when the compressive strength reaches 5Mpa. The leveling work of cement mortar should ensure a firm bond between the surface layer and the base, without any hollowing; the surface should be compacted and polished, without any cracks, chipping, sanding, or other defects.

1. Ground Preparation: Prior to construction, the subgrade must be treated to ensure that any hollow spots, lumps, and other defects on the ground have been repaired or eliminated. Additionally, the ground must be kept clean and free of construction obstructions. Furthermore, the roots of finished wood products need to be wrapped, and the roots of existing indoor facilities must be wrapped or sealed with materials.

2. Leveling Plastering Beads: The thickness of leveling should be determined based on the type, thickness, and finish line standard of the decorative materials laid on the ground. The thickness of the surface layer of plastering should generally not be less than 20mm, and the leveling control line should be drawn on the wall. According to the leveling control line, plastering beads should be applied around the wall. The size of the gypsum beads is generally 5x5cm, with horizontal and vertical spacing of 1.5-2.0m. The upper surface of the gypsum bead is the ground elevation. If the room is larger, it is necessary to apply standard reinforcing steel. The mixture ratio of the mortar material for the plastering beads and standard reinforcing steel is the same as that for the plastering ground mortar.

3. Floor Patching Mortar Application: The role of cement mortar is to enhance the bond between the mortar and the ground surface. The cement slurry is mixed at a ratio of 1:0.5 and then brushed onto the ground using brooms or similar tools to form a bonding layer.

4. Floor Patching Mortar: After applying the cement mortar, lay the cement mortar, ensuring the mortar is mixed with cement.

Cautionary Notes:

The construction environment temperature ranges between -15℃ and 50℃, and raw materials must not be contaminated by moisture, rain, sunlight, or debris.

2. Minimize water usage while ensuring work efficiency. When handling materials by hand, there should be no mud escaping through the fingers.

3. No construction is allowed during rain or freezing weather. If construction is mandatory during winter, necessary anti-freezing measures must be taken.

4. Mix immediately after blending. Do not mix an excessive amount of materials at once; the mixture should be used within 2-3 hours.
