Manufacture fiberglass water tanks

The glass-fiber reinforced plastic water tank is assembled from SMC tank panels. It features food-grade resin, ensuring good water quality, cleanliness, and no pollution. The product boasts high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, attractive appearance, long service life, and easy maintenance and management.

Installation Method:

1. Leave a service passage of no less than 800mm between the cabinet and the wall during installation, with the top and bottom of the cabinet being no less than 500mm.

2. Prioritize the construction of concrete strip foundations during civil engineering work.

3. After assembly, the drain and overflow pipes should be closed, the inlet pipe opened, and the tank filled with water. No leakage should be detected after 24 hours for it to be considered合格.

4. Provide construction power and check sealing water at the construction site.

Installation and Commissioning Precautions:

The water tank foundation can be constructed with concrete beam slabs or I-beams. The tank's top diagonally features a ventilation air filter. The interior of the tank utilizes reinforcing bars. All pipe openings are equipped with 1.0 MPa standard flanges.
