Integrated pump station

Integrated precast pumping stations are essential equipment for lifting sewage, rainwater, and wastewater.

Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) integrated precast pump stations can completely replace traditional concrete pump stations. Not only do they provide hydraulic power for water, but they also collect rainwater and wastewater within a certain range, protecting the environment.

Glass-fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) integrated precast pump stations offer the following advantages:

1. The pump station cylinder is made of new glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP/GRP) material, formed in one piece by computer-controlled winding equipment, featuring good integrity, high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and no leakage.

2. Demand-driven Construction. Tailor-made pre-fabricated pump station equipment based on the local environment of the委托, including topography, geology, and water bodies, to reduce the cost required for pump station construction.

5. Long service life. Made with FRP thermosetting fiberglass and polyethylene resin for corrosion resistance, lightweight and durable, chemical corrosion-proof, leak-proof, with a service life of over 50 years.

6. Protect aquatic environment. The foundation of the prefabricated pump station is designed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) finite element analysis, optimizing the bottom structure to address sedimentation issues, thereby resolving problems related to noxious gases and water pollution.

7. Tangle-Free, High-Efficiency Sewage Disposal. The sewage pump features an automatic agitator, combined with a crushing grate, ensuring tangle-free and clog-free operation to enhance the treatment capacity of the prefabricated pump station for sludge.

8. Unattended Operation. A fully intelligent control system allows for both on-site manual work and remote monitoring of pump station operations via mobile devices (phones), enabling real-time control of the pump station without the need for human on-site surveillance.
